Aspen SPEED
Speed + Power + Endurance Equals Dominance

Build Better Athletes
From the Ground Up

Aspen SPEED is a youth performance training program designed for athletes from kindergarten through college, focused on building a strong, athletic foundation that translates across every sport. Training emphasizes speed, strength, agility, and movement quality—developing not just better athletes, but more resilient, confident ones.

Each program is thoughtfully tailored to the athlete’s age, sport, and skill level, combining evidence-based training with practical, high-impact drills that improve performance where it matters most. From first-step quickness and acceleration to coordination, balance, and overall body control, athletes learn how to move efficiently, reduce injury risk, and build skills that carry over into competition.

Aspen SPEED is built on over 20 years of experience in youth development, coaching, and performance training. My background includes teaching high school health and physical education for six years while coaching cross country, winter track, and spring track, as well as training young athletes through the Parisi Speed School. After moving to Aspen, I continued this work by leading SPEED camps through local programs before transitioning into a long-term role in corporate wellness while staying closely connected to youth training.
That foundation continues today through ongoing community involvement, including working directly with elementary-aged students at Aspen Community School—bringing structured, high-quality movement and performance training to younger athletes in a fun and engaging way. As both a coach and a parent, I understand the importance of creating an environment that is not only effective, but also supportive, engaging, and age-appropriate.

Beyond physical performance, Aspen SPEED places a strong emphasis on mindset, discipline, and consistency helping athletes build confidence, develop strong habits, and learn how to show up and perform at their best. The goal is not just short-term gains, but long-term athletic development and a lifelong appreciation for movement.
