Lasting health isn’t just about what you do in the gym or in the kitchen—it’s about how you think, plan, and show up consistently. Health and life coaching focuses on the bigger picture: helping you create routines, manage stress, improve accountability, and build the systems that support long-term success. Drawing from years of experience working with individuals in both one-on-one and corporate wellness settings, this approach blends strategy with real-life application. The goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan that works in your actual day-to-day life.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: I’m honored to work with you and truly value the time we set aside for each session. All sessions should be booked with Alisa in advance via the contact details below. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This ensures I’m able to thoughtfully manage my schedule and offer availability to other clients. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full. Thank you for respecting this policy and for valuing your time, your commitment, and the work we’re doing together.
