A personalized, practical approach to nutrition designed to support your goals and fit your lifestyle. Nutrition should feel clear, manageable, and aligned with how you actually live... not restrictive or overwhelming. My approach focuses on building sustainable habits, improving energy, supporting body composition goals, and enhancing overall health through realistic, individualized strategies. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Public Health from Columbia University, my work is grounded in science while remaining highly practical and adaptable. Together, we’ll cut through the noise, simplify your approach, and build a way of eating that supports both performance and long-term well-being.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: I’m honored to work with you and truly value the time we set aside for each session. All sessions should be booked with Alisa in advance via the contact details below. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This ensures I’m able to thoughtfully manage my schedule and offer availability to other clients. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full. Thank you for respecting this policy and for valuing your time, your commitment, and the work we’re doing together.
