Service Description

Personal training designed around you... your goals, your lifestyle, and how your body moves. This is not a one-size-fits-all program or a collection of random workouts. Each training plan is thoughtfully built to help you move better, build strength with purpose, and create a foundation of health that lasts. Sessions integrate strength development, mobility, and evidence-based coaching to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term progress. With over 20 years of experience in health, fitness, and performance including a background in competitive athletics, strength and conditioning, and corporate wellness, I bring both technical expertise and a practical understanding of how to make training work in real life. Whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to build strength, or aiming to perform at a higher level, the focus is always on creating a plan that is effective, sustainable, and tailored specifically to you.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: I’m honored to work with you and truly value the time we set aside for each session. All sessions should be booked with Alisa in advance via the contact details below. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This ensures I’m able to thoughtfully manage my schedule and offer availability to other clients. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full. Thank you for respecting this policy and for valuing your time, your commitment, and the work we’re doing together.
