Service Description

Intentional movement designed to build strength, stability, and balance in the body. These sessions focus on improving mobility, core strength, posture, and overall body awareness through controlled, purposeful movement. Whether used as a complement to strength training or as a standalone practice, yoga and Pilates help restore balance, prevent injury, and enhance how your body moves and feels. With additional certifications in both yoga and Pilates, my approach blends traditional principles with a modern, functional perspective... creating sessions that are both effective and accessible, regardless of experience level.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: I’m honored to work with you and truly value the time we set aside for each session. All sessions should be booked with Alisa in advance via the contact details below. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This ensures I’m able to thoughtfully manage my schedule and offer availability to other clients. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged in full. Thank you for respecting this policy and for valuing your time, your commitment, and the work we’re doing together.
